NLHS publishes a Newsletter bi-monthly.
You will be able to download and read our newsletter by following the directions below.

  • 1. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to access these files. This is a free download. Download the latest version by clicking on the this image:
    • Scroll down the page that comes up and choose the language, platform and area you are in. Then download the file. Please be aware that the Adobe Acrobat viewer is an 8.5 Meg file and may take a while to download.
          
  • 2. After you have downloaded acrobat reader install it by selecting open and running the file from where you downloaded it.
        
  • 3. To save the pdf file below to your hard drive, you must right click with your mouse on the link below; select save link (or save target) as and select a directory to save it to. You can then view it from your own computer whenever you want to.
        
  • 4. If you would like to view the newsletter on line just click the link below. (Provided you have acrobat reader installed)
